DOWNTOWN PORT TOWNSEND AND BETTER LIVING THROUGH
COFFEE (BLTC): Wednesday 8/9; Port Townsend
Taking advantage of these Summer days, we will be in the Port Townsend downtown Historic District for a second round of sketching on our monthly Wednesday outing. We will meet Wednesday the 9th at 10am at the picnic table outside BLTC (or inside if raining) and return there before 12:30 to photograph and share sketches. Opportunities abound downtown for sketching (as well as for lunch afterwards!) Better Living Through Coffee is located at 100 Tyler Street, on the water, just a half a block off of Water Street.

Sketchers from the Port Townsend and the Olympic Peninsula area share their drawings on this blog.
Our Manifesto1. We draw on location, indoors or out, capturing what we see from direct observation. 2. Our drawings tell the story of our surroundings, the places we live and where we travel. 3. Our drawings are a record of time and place. 4. We are truthful to the scenes we witness. 5. We use any kind of media and cherish our individual styles. 6. We support each other and draw together. 7. We share our drawings online. 8. We show the world, one drawing at a time.
